AUTOMOTIVE SALES: TULLEY BUICK/GMC, MAZDA (NASHUA, NH)

Tulley Buick/GMC and Mazda has immediate openings for motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to sell our line of new and pre-owned inventory.

No prior auto sales experience required. We will train the right candidates!

Job Purpose:
  • Build and maintain long-term, one-to-one relationships with Tulley Buick/GMC and Mazda customers.
  • Achieve dealership's gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Promote and sell Tulley Buick/GMC and Mazda products, accessories and service.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assume full responsibility for the entire sales process, including:

  • Getting to know the customer via an in-depth interview.
  • Helping the customer determine their product preference via a presentation and test drive.
  • Satisfying the customer with a seamless sales procedure and delivery process.
  • Establishing a sustained consultative relationship with each customer.
  • Follow up with customers and prospects via follow-up phone calls, letters, e-mail, etc.
  • Keep accurate CRM records, forms, files, etc. on customer leads, visits, interactions and sales.
  • Achieve sales targets for new and pre-owned cars and related products.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive vehicles to provide consumers with informative comparisons.
  • Understand finance sourcing options to provide customers with the best buying or leasing choices.

WASH BAY ATTENDANT: TULLEY AUTOMOTIVE GROUP

Tulley Automotive Group in Nashua has an immediate opening for a full-time and/or part-time Wash Bay Attendant for our Buick/GMC/Mazda dealership.

Full Time Schedule:
-40 hours/week
-Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Part Time Schedule: 
-8am-2pm 
or
-12-5pm

Responsibilities:
-Keep up with the fast paced service department 
-Handle Industrial carwash equipment 
-Carwash interior and exterior of customer cars
-Arrange cleaned vehicles in customer parking for pick up

Essential Qualifications:
-Productive team member.
-Good attention to detail.
-Skilled time management 
-Responsible and polite.
-MUST have a clean driving record (NO tickets or violations for the past 3 years).
-MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

COLLISION CENTER: BODY SHOP ADVISOR



Tulley Automotive Group has an immediate full-time opening for a Body Shop Advisor in our Nashua Collision Repair Center.


Job Purpose:
Estimates automotive body repairs by ascertaining body damage; developing estimates; preparing work orders; contacting insurance company; maintaining customer rapport.


Duties:
  • Ascertains automotive body damage by conducting inspections and examinations.
  • Develops estimates by costing parts, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
  • Obtains insurance estimates by contacting insurance companies; reviewing damage estimates with insurance adjuster; resolving repair and replacement requirements.
  • Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing repair and replacement services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into work management system.
  • Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging temporary transportation.
  • Maintains body shop records by recording repair and replacement actions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.
  • Enhances body shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
